The Seca 240 makes measuring easy and precise. With a clearly visible marking and large a display window, it guarantees clear, free from parallax error readings. The simple and stable movement of the rod which is supported by two bearings guarantees a precision of ± 2 millimetres – even when subjected to increased pressure the measuring slide does not bend upwards. Slide resistance can be adjusted thus preventing the measuring slide from slipping. The large head piece (diameter: 160 millimetres) and heel positioner ensures the exact positioning of the patient.
