SMART Medical Group Quality Policy


1. SMG’s Mission is to represent and distribute a range of medical electronic products, together with associated service and repair, on behalf of reputed international medical manufacturing companies, including exclusive UK and Ireland distribution rights.

2. To fulfil this mission we are committed to understanding our clients’ needs and fully satisfying their requirements, as well as complying with relevant laws and regulations, and any applicable codes of practice, as they affect our products and services.

3. To help us achieve these aims, we have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) complying with the international standard ISO 9001:20015.

4. We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our QMS and have set, and will monitor performance against, relevant quality objectives and targets.

5. This policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability, and is communicated to all members of staff, through induction and general awareness training.

6. It is displayed in strategic locations throughout the company, including reception areas, making it fully available to all staff, as well as on the company web-site making it available to all interested stakeholders.
